Your order is accepted when we begin preparing your food. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason (such as item unavailability), we will notify you and refund any payments made.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are correct, including delivery address, contact information, and menu selections. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Menu prices may vary by location. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Your order total includes applicable sales tax and any delivery or service fees. These amounts are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We deliver within a specified radius of each GoldenChick location. Delivery areas may change based on weather, traffic conditions, or other factors.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
For pickup orders, you must collect your order within a reasonable time after receiving notification that it's ready. We are not responsible for orders that deteriorate in quality due to delayed pickup.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, inaccessible location, or no one available to receive the order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus any costs incurred.
You may cancel your order without charge if we have not yet begun preparation. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Refunds are issued for orders that cannot be fulfilled or contain significant errors. To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of your order with details of the issue.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or return of the unsatisfactory items to process a refund or replacement.
