Common Allergens

Learn about the major allergens and where they might be found

Milk

Found in our buttermilk marinade, biscuits, certain sauces, and cheese toppings. Many of our breading mixtures also contain dairy derivatives.

Eggs

Present in our breading mixture, some marinades, mayonnaise-based sauces, and certain baked goods like our biscuits.

Soy

Found in our vegetable oil, some marinades, soy sauce, and as an ingredient in various processed foods we use.

Wheat/Gluten

Present in our flour-based breading, biscuits, buns, and certain sauces. We do not currently offer gluten-free breading options.

Fish

While we don't serve fish, some of our seasonings and sauces may contain fish-derived ingredients like anchovy paste.

Shellfish

Not typically used in our recipes, but cross-contamination is possible in our fryers where other products are cooked.

Peanuts

We do not use peanuts in our recipes, but some ingredients we purchase may be processed in facilities that handle peanuts.

Tree Nuts

Not typically used in our recipes, but cross-contamination is possible in our suppliers' facilities.
