In 2025, GoldenChick started as a dream in a small Texas kitchen. Our founder, Michael Roberts, spent years perfecting his grandmother's fried chicken recipe, determined to create the crispiest, juiciest chicken anyone had ever tasted.
After countless experiments with marinades, breading mixtures, and cooking techniques, Michael discovered the perfect combination: a 24-hour marinade in a secret blend of spices, followed by a double-breading process that creates our signature golden crust.
What started as a single food truck quickly grew into a beloved local spot, and now we're proud to serve communities across the country while staying true to our roots and original recipe.
